Program description

Punch List Project LLC sends text messages to customers and partners who opt in. Messages relate to your estimate request and our work for you, including estimate follow-ups, scheduling and appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, job completion notices and before and after photos.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number you provide to opt in to text messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the estimate form at mypunchlistproject.com, or by texting us first at 410-936-5085. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your estimate and job activity, typically a few messages per job.

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also call or email us to opt out.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
